Mrs. Lori Gibbs

Hi! I’m Mrs. Lori Gibbs, and this is my fourth year teaching at Northside. I’ve truly loved being a part of Panther Nation! Before coming to NHS, I spent 12 years teaching  both Math and Science in the middle grades.

I’m married and have three children. Two of them, Maddie and Tate, graduated from Northside and were very active in sports—volleyball, football, basketball, baseball, softball, and track. Maddie is currently attending ECU on a full scholarship and will graduate next May with a degree in Security Studies. Tate is playing football at Barton College on a scholarship and is majoring in Sports Management.

In my free time, I enjoy going to ballgames, spending time on the water, or curling up with a good book.

I offer after school tutoring on Wednesdays until 4:15 and other days by prior arrangement. Do not hesitate to reach out any time with questions or concerns. I am always just an email, text or phone call away.
